Добрый день.
WordPress 4.1.1 с темой оформления Hiero.
WP-Recall Версия 11.1.5
При попытки залогиниться на сайте через WP-Recall в error_log появляются следующие ошибки (залогиниться получается без проблем).

Тему менял, плагины отключал, ошибка повторилась.
В чем может быть причина?
